BANG - Services

Which services does BANG offer you?

BANG stands for "Berufliches Ausbildungsnetzwerk im Gewerbegebiet" (vocational training network in the industrial region) and is a non-profit-making organization. Members are companies of the Hövelhof metal industry and the "Gesellschaft für Projektierungs- und Dienstleistungsmanagement" (society for project and service manage-ment) in the North Rhine-Westphalian town of Paderborn. BANG was founded in March 2001. Our common goal is to create training facilities in the new trades of the metal industry in Hövelhof.

We undertake most of the preparatory measures that are to be taken before training can get started. Once training has started the trainees achieve further qualifications in the BANG training workshop and the BANG seminars, in addition to the „normal“ qualifications they achieve in their companies and in vocational school.
