Idea:

Setup and support of training relationships in vocational training networks with the main focus on growth industries and trend-setting occupational images. The network-setup is comprised of: company acquisition (i.E. Start-ups from IT and health branches), applicant acquisition and matching. The support includes: qualification of apprentices, support of company training via a tutor and personnel progress.
