The gpdm is a nationwide acting consulting agency founded in March 1997. We are active in the following fields:

Our main business is the development and implementation of potential projects. These projects are new and complex in their forms, contents, methods used and aims.

Since its founding the gpdm has never been satisfied with only developing analysis and surveys, but have always enforced the development of ideas and potential, the preparation and support of decision-making and the promotion of project implementation.

The name gpdm has always been connected with potential projects. Our projects focus on core questions regarding vocational education, qualification and competence development. We support our clients with the conception and implementation of strategies which proactively induce decisions instead of waiting for things to happen.
