„The best consulting is none at all.“. We gladly impart our evaluation, experience and knowledge. All of our projects are related to consulting. Some projects include our consultancy which is developed during the proposal preparation or on the fly. In a lot of cases clients seperatly ask for active consulting.

As a consulting agency in the field of education we have year-long experience regarding conception and support of training networks, personnel progress in young companies and consulting of educational providers. Although our core competences reach far into the fields bordering education and vocational training we do not understand ourselves as classical educational providers.

We only accept assignments for which we can provide professional competence, experience and capacities as well as expect a positive turnout for our clients. We expand our skills and knowledge and make it available to our clients without any condition by looking for a best-practice solution.

Achieving a realistic estimation of performance, costs and scheduling is just as much in our interest as a good interpersonal relationship and harmonic cooperation. We not only give recommendations but also give help for self-help with the implementation and commissioning of new solutions; and coach our clients if needed.

Even for Universalists like us there are questions and tasks beyond the scope of our competence. In such cases we try to delegate project parts within our own networks. If this is not possible we look for an operative or strategic partner together with our clients.

Our services do not end with us providing you with working solutions and then leaving you to your fate. Supportive consulting is just as important as solution implementation.
