Strategies for the employment of 50 years+ professionals have lead companies to success or have created new enterprise ideas in the region of Paderborn. Approximately 130 new employment relations including 10 business setups in the Paderborn region alone have been established over the last 1,5 years. The ARGE Paderborn, ARGE Höxter and gpdm jointly present new perspectives for a long, healthy employment solution for life-experienced job seekers.

“Experience wins!” is a regional project within the employment package “Generation Gold” in East Westphalia-Lippe that has been awarded prizes in the idea contest and has received funding from the federal ministry of social matters and employment within the scope of “Perspektive 50plus” in 2005.
