Stated aim is to improve the attractivity of professions in the renewable energy field aswell as the promotion of vocational training and the founding a regional company network of small and medium-sized enterprises. We facilitate the possibility for small and medium-sized enterprises to establish a financially feasible personnel progress in a regional company network or Kompakt network.

The network offers the following services for its members

  • stabilizing of young adults through job orientation
  • coordination of intercompany training
